Lifetime Warranty

Our bottles are made from the most durable and qualitative materials that last and withstand most impacts. If your bottle accidentally brakes, carefully collect the broken glass and return it together with the receipt to the shop you bought it from. You will receive a new bottle immediately.


In case your shop is not participating in our warranty programme and for all further information, please send an e-mail to info@retap.dk.


Points you need to consider:

• Keep your lid(s), we do not replace lids
• The broken glass must be returned in order to be eligible
• The purchase receipt must be included
• Be careful not to cut yourself while collecting the shards
